AP JETSKIS – Rental Terms & Conditions

By booking any service with AP JETSKIS, you agree to the following policies:

I. YACHT RENTAL POLICY

Included Amenities

• 4-hour yacht rentals include 2 complimentary Jetskis for one hour.

• Complimentary Jetskis are promotional bonuses and not reflected in the yacht rental price.

Arrival Requirements

• Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure.

• Late arrival does not extend rental time.

• Late arrival may result in forfeiture of deposit and complimentary Jetski hour.

Jetski Operational Limits (When Included With Yacht)

• Jetskis cannot operate after sunset due to maritime safety regulations.

• If arrival time overlaps with sundown, Jetski portion may be forfeited without refund.

• Jetskis require sufficient travel time to deploy and return safely.

Damage & Liability

• Guests are fully responsible for any damage to the yacht or Jetskis.

• A $500 cash deposit is required for Jetskis when used with yacht rental.

• Deposit will be returned if no damage occurs.

• Flipping, reckless riding, collision damage, or abuse voids deposit.

• Additional damage beyond deposit will be billed to renter.

II. JETSKI RENTAL POLICY (Stand-Alone Rentals)

Weight Limits

• Maximum 300 lbs per Jetski or ATV.

• If you confirm within weight limit but arrive exceeding it, deposit is non-refundable.

• Upgrade options available onsite:

• $150 single rider

• $175 double rider

Arrival Time

• Guests must arrive 10 minutes before scheduled time.

• Late arrivals ride only remaining time.

• No refunds for missed time.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable unless AP JETSKIS cancels or causes delay.

Damage Responsibility

• No security deposit required unless otherwise stated.

• Renter is fully responsible for any damage during rental period.

Phones & Personal Items

• Waterproof phone cases recommended.

• AP JETSKIS is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Conduct Policy

• Disrespectful or abusive behavior results in immediate termination without refund.

III. SLINGSHOT RENTALS

• $200 refundable cash deposit required at check-in.

• Deposit returned if vehicle is undamaged.

• Renter is fully responsible for any damage.

IV. BUNDLE & PACKAGE POLICY

• Yacht + Jetski packages are sold as a single combined experience.

• Individual components cannot be refunded separately.

• Complimentary items hold no independent cash value.

• Late arrival may forfeit Jetski portion without refund.

• Weather, maritime regulations, or safety concerns may restrict Jetski usage without partial refund.

V. PAYMENT POLICY

• Remaining yacht balance must be paid no later than the day before reservation.

• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of complimentary amenities.

• The cardholder must be present at check-in with valid government ID matching payment method used.

VI. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued only if AP JETSKIS cancels due to mechanical failure, severe weather advisories, or uncontrollable circumstances.

• No refunds for late arrivals or forfeited promotional amenities.

VII. SAFETY & LIABILITY

• Guests must follow captain and crew instructions at all times.

• Reckless behavior may result in early termination without refund.

• Guests assume all risks associated with boating and watersport activities.
